A Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional who takes care of patients with disabilities, cognitive impairments, chronic illness, and other age-related problems. Our team of HHA’s aims to assist patients with their daily living activities in the comforts of their home.
Our responsibilities include:
- Monitors patient’s condition
- Provides housekeeping and laundry services
- Renders personal services (eg. Bathing, dressing, and grooming)
- Assists patients with their doctor’s appointments
